DJ Programma will be performing 'Movement 1 - Entry' from his six-part electronic symphony, The Eternal Mix, a series that follows the experience of a cosmic entity as it explores Earth for the first time.

The Eternal Mix is a complete soundscape of our planet, told through the decks, with each movement a sonic portal to different Earthly terrains. In 'Movement 1 - Entry', we are introduced to the entity and follow its intrepid journey from space to Earth.

Join us for our 4th deep listening lounge with Jimmi King.

Jimmi is building sound sculptures for inner and outer exploration.

Informed by his international touring as part of the acclaimed dance duo NVOY, and recent years of spiritual practice and permaculture eco-village adventures, Jimmi’s azor-sharp productions have elements of house, UKG, ambient, and ethereal pop music. It’s about contrast and balance: total ambient weightlessness & the insistent physicality of subby kick drums. All of Jimmi’s work is tied together by a distinctive sense of melody and harmony, and an auditory aesthetic of shiny, shimmering, upward-looking glow.

With recent support from BBC R1, BBC 6 Music, Triple J, and DJ shows in Brussels, Paris, Helsinki, Lisbon, and across London, Jimmi is currently releasing a series of dance music singles and building towards his first album.

This Deep Listening session at Om Being is the intimate ‘Yin’ counterpart to a club night Jimmi is putting on in Tottenham on the 6th Dec, the night before. This is the first time he’s running this kind of two-night two-show Yin/Yang concept, and one that perfectly represents the balance of ambient/club in Jimmi’s musical output.

Moontalk is a London based filmmaker, DJ and radio host. Born and raised in Istanbul, the crossroads of cultures bridging East and West, her psyche embodies the spirit of in-betweenness, defining her eclectic taste. Classically trained in piano and fascinated by shamanic drums, the soundscapes she gravitates towards are informed by her earliest auditory memories: atmospheric blends of prayers, chants of street vendors, ships passing through Bosphorus, the chaos of a bustling metropolis that echoes syncopated darbuka rhythms. Her carefully curated and chaptered sets aim to take you on a hedonistic and colourful sonic adventure through soulful earthly sounds and alien basslines in equal measure.
